Albert Cath
Albert studied Medicine at the University of Amsterdam and Business Administration at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. At the moment, he is doing a PhD at the University for Humanistics in Utrecht (Critical Management Studies). In his research he works on expanding the social complexity theory of organisation by focusing onself organisation.
Albert has a rich experience in enabling innovationprocesses from concept to the marketplace. One of his main projects in this area is Chainmobility.The chainmobility project focuses on door-to-door mobility services for the client, using an optimal mix of transportation means (modal merge) and location accessibility services (location based services).
In the project Information Society of the innovationprogramme Roads to the Future of Rijkswaterstaat (Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management), Albert brings together different stakeholders like TomTom, Siemens, and Athlon Carlease to establish a networked community that co-creates innovations in mobility in the Netherlands.
